More Hotel

I don't even want to be on the internet now but I get COMPLIMENTARY WIFI so I must use use use. Rob and I stayed up most of the night chatting like schoolgirls so I only got about three hours of sleep. I'm feeling okay now but later on today I may crack under pressure and take a nap. He's still asleep, that lazy boy. I was already downstairs for the COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. I wasn't even hungry! Bad news: there was no breakfast attendant to greet me in a cheery manner and the pantry door was propped open! Oh, dear! I had a biscuit and a muffin and some orange juice and it was decent. I've had better.

We also got a COMPLIMENTARY USA TODAY which I am going to read even though I don't really feel like reading a newspaper now. It's free, man! Also I'm going to take home these incredibly cute shampoo bottles. One of my 'challenges' was to make a special request to the lobby so I called at 1:54 in the morning and was like, um can I have more shampoo? I didn't even need more shampoo! It was all a ruse! But I pulled it off with aplomb and within a couple of minutes this wizened-looking old guy showed up at our door with his hands full of six mini bottles of shampoo. Woo! I just went outside to see if I could gank any more off the cleaning lady's cart but they're not on this floor yet. Oh, I have to go check the exercise room anyway, so I can scope out the second floor. Adios...
