Work Again

The weekend's almost over, which is sad since Rob and I had a fun time together as always. Last night we went to the Spikes game and watched both teams play pretty badly but the Spikes did worse. However, we did manage to snag a free seat cushion, so all was not lost.

Afterwards, we all played poker and guess what ... I didn't win, but I came in second, which was the closest I've come to winning poker in my life! Yay, ten dollars! Since I called off work last night, I volunteered to take a shift tonight, and I don't want to go but I do want to get paid. I told this girl I tutor that I would call her when I went on break so we could go over her skit. That way, I get paid during the short period when I'm off the clock. Wonderful.

Rob left his House DVDs here, so I know what I'll be doing for the next week or so. Hugh Laurie is my new man crush.
