Cat, Sky, Bookstore

The bookstore that was not MY bookstore (this one was up near 115th and Broadway, Morningside Books or something) was supposed to go out of business on Memorial Day but lo and behold, was still hopping around two weeks ago.

Their vaguely prophetic and threatening window graffiti says "today we are selling books... tomorrow we may not be". Best pick up those bargain bin calendars WHILE YOU CAN!

One stanza from the sadsack poem displayed underneath:

"Hedge funds, banks, insurance giants:
These are our governments main clients.
Aircraft, bases, CIA;
We must go and these must stay."

Kitty on the cabinets! He really does have an obsession with his litter.

And shares the ears of a fennic fox.

Hi!

The cat and Mark look totally blissed out.

Got your paw!

Levy also has a fascination with the kitchen sink and the contents, and enjoyed playing with a precariously-balanced knife the other day.

So... how about that storm last night! This was from Mark's roof (which luckily was open instead of the alarm doors being shut).

It looks like I photoshopped Pat into this picture.

The sky looks awful nice.

I bet you noticed the weird 1970s purple tint going on in the pictures... perhaps my camera is finally winding down. This thing is ancient in technology years (tech years to people years is about 50:1). I'll have to start looking into a new one soon, but I will wear this one into the ground first. Expect a purple-hued future.
